The Grooming & Career Services Department focuses on enhancing students’ professional skills and career readiness. It provides training in communication, personality development, and workplace etiquette. The department also supports career planning through guidance, internships, and placement assistance. Its goal is to prepare students for successful and confident professional careers.
The Grooming and Career Services department at KEI places a high priority on empowering students to shape their career trajectories through focused activities. Here’s how we assist students in this journey. Additionally, we actively engage with employers, inviting them to connect with our Placement Cell for student recruitment. Recruiters are invited to campus typically during the last semester of the course, typically in December or January, to facilitate placement activities.
Students receive comprehensive support to develop both technical and psychological acumen, enabling them to navigate the corporate landscape in India and abroad. Alongside regular coursework, our second-year students benefit from tailored events, workshops, industry collaborations, and hands-on training to refine their professional profiles to industry standards.
We actively guide students to explore a plethora of job and internship opportunities, providing access to both general and industry-specific resources vetted by KEI professionals. Company brochures, pamphlets, and other informative materials serve as effective conduits to introduce students to potential employers.
Our suite of career assessment tools assists students in understanding how their attributes impact their suitability and satisfaction within various career paths and work environments.
Throughout their academic journey, students are encouraged to collaborate with our Grooming and Career Guidance Team for resume refinement, cover letter crafting, mock interviews, networking opportunities, and industry research, ensuring they are well-equipped for professional success.
