Expert Culinarians are required to have knowledge of food science, nutrition and diet and are responsible for preparing meals that are as pleasing to the eye as well as to the palate. After restaurants, their primary places of work include delicatessens and relatively large institutions such as hotels and hospitals.



Total Fees For 3 Years = Rs. 3,20,000/- and Pay Rs. 12,000/- For Uniform Charges During Admission


University Registration & University Examination Fees, uniform charges, Lodging / travelling / food costs for Internships & Educational tours are excluded from above Fees Structure.



Eligibility Criteria


A Candidate for being eligible for admission to Bachelor of Science ( Culinary Arts ) Shall Have passed 10+2 Examination ( any Stream ) From any recognized education Board or its equivalent from India or abroad OR those candidates who have passed Std X and successfully completed a diploma in any stream of minimum two years duration from any recognized education Board / University from India or abroad.



Entrance Test


Common Entrance Test(CET) conducted by MAKAUT for all undergraduate non-AICTE courses.
